Our all adult staff is selected through an extensive and thorough recruiting, interviewing and reference check process. Less than 10% of all yearly applicants are chosen to work for Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA Soccer Camps. Every single member of our staff is fully compliant with state and federal regulations, ensuring their ability to work with children. Before they officially become a proud member of our team, all staff members go through a criminal history screening, FBI fingerprint verification and a child abuse clearance, in addition to an independent background check.
Once team members are hired they must complete training to understand the “Paris Way” delivery by certified Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA Instructors. At the same time, coaches are once again educated on the importance of working with children and how we can make a difference in their lives by being so much more than soccer coaches.
Camp coaches are committed to improving our camper’s soccer abilities, assisting our campers in maturing off field and assuring our campers have fun. Above all else, their main focus is keeping campers safe under our care.
